Cancellation Policy

Xubian Wellness & Acne Clinic, P.C. creates every product with care and passion. Should you choose to return a product that was purchased online through our official company website, we will happily refund the original credit or debit card or PayPal account if brought to our attention via email within 7 days of purchase and product is UNOPENED upon return to our office. Returns or exchanges of opened products are at the discretion of XUBIAN WELLNESS & ACNE CLINIC, P.C. Customer Service department.

Purchases made on Xubian Wellness and Acne Clinic, P.C. website can be returned by mail, and must be unopened and in sellable condition. The sale receipt or invoice is required with the returned items. For more information, email us at contact@xubianacneclinic.com.

Damaged Good

If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described, follow these easy steps:

  • Take a photo of the item/s
  • Send the photo via email to: contact@xubianacneclinic.com along with proof of purchase
  • Our Customer Service department will contact you to arrange the return of the product. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed by our Quality Assurance department, you will either receive your new item/s, or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process.
